Love from our Customers!

We recently completed some window treatments for a customer. They looked GORGEOUS! One of our design consultants reached out to the customer to follow up after the installation to make sure the client was happy.

The customer sent us a very nice email back, stating how happy they were to work with us  and that they’ll be coming back as they have many more windows to decorate!

We love hearing such kind comments from our customers. Textile Mill End Shop has been family-owned since its inception, and you can tell when you walk in the door.

We believe that the owners of a business set the tone for how the business is run. Owners Cindy and Tom Finlay believe in keeping a beautiful showroom and attending to every need of Textile Mill End Shop’s customers like they were our own friends and family. Cindy is always out on the floor of the showroom and the warehouse helping out customers and giving decorating advice.

We also believe very strongly in the power of having a great staff. Our design consultants are top-notch. They each have a fabulous sense of style, strong technical knowledge of the nitty-gritty of window treatments, upholstery, and textiles, and most importantly, are NICE! We all know what it’s like to go into a shop with snooty staff, who ignore you or treat you as an annoyance. We pride ourselves on having stylish design consultants who are friendly, helpful, and treat our customers like gold.

There are many places to purchase fabric and Hunter Douglas shades, but Textile Mill End Shop sets itself apart with its high level of customer service.
